Limitation of Liability & Severability
The g111 platform provides its services on an "as is" basis, and no guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted or error-free service. g111 will not be liable for any loss arising from technical issues, server maintenance, or third-party service failures. g111 is not obligated to provide compensation for any bet or game interrupted due to internet connectivity issues or device malfunctions.
Under no circumstances will g111's total liability exceed the amount deposited by the relevant user in the preceding thirty days. g111 accepts no liability for indirect losses, loss of profit, missed business opportunities, or reputational damage. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision of these terms is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed removed, while the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect. g111's failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through discussion, and mediation may be sought if necessary.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
G111 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or deceptive activity, failure to complete identity verification, suspected money laundering, and prolonged account inactivity. Users may follow the designated appeals process to request a review of any account closure decision.
Funds in a suspended account may be held until the investigation is concluded. If fraud is established, all balances in the account may be forfeited and legal action will be taken. If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any verified balance will be returned.
